We designed this SIP house for a Homeowner who wanted to finish their home themselves. We completed the Superior Walls foundation and the SIPs exterior Walls and Roof for them and then we turned things over to the Homeowner. We just returned to help with the SIPs on the front porch roof. This photo is from June of 2022. They have promised to send us more photos of their progress!

Commercial SIP only build in Chesterfield, VA for a local GC and Southland Corp. T&M has installed SIPs on 25+ 7/11 stores up and down the East Coast in the past 10 years. It is where Eric and our Crew learned how to do it fast and do it right. This (and most) 7/11 builds are one week "travel" installs for our Crew.
It is very hard to get photos and videos of a commercial build, there are so many moving parts and Subcontractors on any given Commercial Site. This one was done on a very STEAMY week of July and our Crew worked split shifts, a few hours in the early morning and then a few hours in the cooler evening. The convenience of the whole crew in a Hotel right across the street!

Climb UPton is a 90 element vertical adventure park in the Upton Hills Regional Park in Fairfax County, VA. We designed and installed the Roof system on the Adventure Center next to the course. This was a 1 day install for our Crew. The course and the Adventure center are now all open to the public in Falls Church, VA
