SIPA Registered Master Builder
SIPA is the national trade association for Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) manufactures, designers and installers. T&M Contracting is proud to be one of only a few Registered Master SIP Builders in Virginia and the only one qualified to design & build custom homes using SIPs in Central, VA. It took many years of training and experience to qualify for this title and we are very proud to be recognized by SIPA as a Registered Master Builder.
Family Owned & Operated
T&M Contracting is a Class A Virginia Home Building Contractor (VA license# 2705158195.) The company was started in 1997 by Eric Illemszky and has grown steadily since its inception. Eric supervises each project personally and is on-site and in communication with his crew chief daily. As the business has grown his wife, Kara is now acting as Office Manager and his son, Alex is providing Technical and Web support. Our family is working together to design and build your dream project.
Certified Earth Craft House Builder
An Earth Craft House is the most energy efficient home you can build and T&M Contracting has built a few in Virginia. We are trained and certified by Earth Craft in the most up to date building practices. This certification also allows us access to Earth Craft's local Technical Advisers who not only inspect the projects along the way but are always available for advising and consultation. If you decide to design and build an Earth Craft House you will get a whole team of EC consultants on your building project.
