Oversize Cape Cod style detached garage with attic storage. Designed for a customer in Delaplane, VA to complement the existing Cape Cod home they recently purchased. They needed an extra deep garage for farm equipment and lots of extra storage on 2nd floor.

This existing "canning shed" was on the property of the Delaplane Modern Farmhouse. The customer often stayed there during construction. It has new siding and roofing, a full HVAC mini-split system, a small wood burning stove and running water. Just so darn cute!
Cabin style detached garage with small apartment upstairs. Designed and built for a customer in Rappahannock County, VA with returning College age children in mind. This project is being completed in 2 phases to accommodate the customer's time and budget. Garage was finished Fall 2019, Apartment is in progress, Fall 2020
